Veterans Day 2010

Thursday, November 11, is Veterans Day. Let's take time out from all the politics, global warming, wolves, grizzlies, dying economy, Mayan predictions, etc. and thank our Veterans. We owe nearly everything to the Creator, our country's' forefathers, and our military.
Our country was founded by highly intelligent men, based on their Judeo-Christian standards-which they got from the Bible. The military, from the militias who fought for our freedom from England, to our current troops, not only achieved our freedom, but preserve it today.
For them we should be thankful. While we are enjoying our way of life here, they are fighting in the battlefields for not only our freedom, but other peoples' freedom at the same time.
The people of Germany, Iraq, and other countries, were very grateful when our troops liberated them from a cruel dictator. I talked to a Muslim man from Iraq, who confirmed that.
So, take time to thank our Veterans. Shut off the Almighty TV, and listen to their war stories. Video tape it if you can, some of these people will not be with us much longer. A lot of information has been lost already.
And to the Veterans reading this: I salute you, and thanks.
