I have a column in the Our Town newspaper. I have collected quotes from famous and non-famous people for over 20 years. I am going to have many of them published in this paper now. Although all the pages are not on the net, the paper can be seen at ourtownpress.net. This paper is free and it's display locations are shown on the website.
