As I write this, it is January 19/10, and there is a special election in the socialist state of Massachusetts today. And, Obamacare hangs in the balance.
The Democrat party is running scared. They sent Bill Clinton, and Obama, there to campaign for the Dem candidate, who of course is a Messiah-Obama worshiper and supporter. She has promised to help pass Obama's socialist takeover of our medical care.
The Republican candidate-Brown, has stated that the Senate seat vacated by Ted Kennedy, does not belong to him or the Dems, it belongs to the people. Of course the voters will decide that.
With all the 'Global Warming", there is supposed to be a snowstorm there, so who knows how many voters will bother to show up. According to one of the Democrat TV news shows, alot of people in Mass. are ignorant that there is even an election going on. No wonder they kept voting for Teddy..
People from Massachusetts have told me that there is a sign on the border that warns motorists about going to jail if they have a gun in their car. And, at the museum in Boston where there is a collection of guns from the American Revolution, each gun has a trigger lock on it. As if someone would break in and steal a rusty old 225 year old muzzle loader, and rob a bank with it (or heaven forbid, fight a revolution for American rights).
Things like that make me glad I am a native Wyomingite. I don't like socialism.
The Dems have fought dirty against Brown. They put nude pictures of him on the Web. They also lied in their TV ads saying that Brown wants to stop government payments to hospitals for rape victims. Actually, he pushed for a bill that would prevent hospital workers from being sued or arrested for not participating in abortions based on religious convictions.
We will know if the people of the Democrat state of Mass. put their party or their country first. I think Brown will win. And, Obamacare will be forced on us anyway-- probably.

Tenth Amendment Rally in Sheridan, Wy
On this coming Saturday afternoon, at 3pm, we are having the Wyoming 10A Kickoff Rally. It will be at the Senior Center, at 211 Smith Street, in Sheridan, WY.
Some of the TEA Party patriots are involved in sponsoring this rally, but it is non-partisan, and everyone is invited. It is not a demonstration, or anything like that, it is an event to inform people about the 10th Amendment. Also, there will be some young people entertaining with some speeches and skits about the history of our nation, and the constitution.
The Tenth Amendment, which is in the Bill of Rights, is about how the powers not granted to the National Government, nor prohibited to the states by the constitution, are reserved to the states or the people. It is about state sovereignty.
I hope many people come to this event. We are losing our states rights in this country, and people need to get involved before it is too late.

Obama Plays Golf While Our Planes Are Bombed
Can anyone remember when President Bush was criticized by the Democrats for 8 years, on their TV shows, for hesitating about 20 minutes in a school function, when informed that a plane had run into the World Trade Center? He was supposed to know that it was not an accident, before anyone else, and was supposed to run out of the grade school crying and screaming, and do something about it.
On Christmas day, we had a Muslim terrorist bomber set off a bomb on an airplane (God willing it didn't blow the plane in half as it could have done). What did Obama do for the next three days? He played golf and cavorted on the beach in Hawaii. No speech, no reassuring of the public, no nothing.
Of course we can't criticize him--he's a Democrat.
It reminds me of Democrat President Clinton. Just before 9/11, our CIA agents had Osama Bin Laden in their sights. They radioed to Clinton for permission to take him out. He wouldn't answer them because he was too busy playing golf at the time. Osama was already wanted for being part of the World Trade Center bombing. Then he succeeded on 9/11/01. The moral of the story is: instead of talking to school kids, Bush should have been playing golf when we were attacked--then no problem. But, I don't think that would have worked either--he didn't belong to the right party.

Happy Holidays
This is the time of year when Jews, Christians, Muslims, Black Americans, Pagans, and maybe others I'm not aware of, have a major celebration. So, I want to wish everyone Happy Holidays! And, may the good will, giving to the poor, and other good deeds last all year.
There is no reason that we can't get along with our neighbors-if we try. If you can't respect someone else's beliefs, don't expect them to respect yours. We gain alot more if we work together. And, at times like this, we need all the help we can get.
So, the next time you run into someone who doesn't look the same as you, or is from another country, ask them to go have a cup of coffee or something. You might find you have more in common than you think.

When Is Sarah Palin coming to Montana?
I am amazed at the media coverage Sarah Palin received the third week of November. What is going on? She was on every Democrat news show, on TV, every day, since she was on Oprah Winfrey's show November 16/09. I thought they hated her. Now, they are helping sell her book.
There was only one reason the Liberal Democrats were calling her names, and implying she was stupid. They are afraid of her. She was a threat to the election of their Messiah-Obama. Maybe now they don't consider her a threat to their business as usual (higher taxes and socialism).
Of course it is hard for the liberal media to ignore the huge crowds of people who flock to see and hear Sarah Palin in person. At one of the places where she was signing her book, 1500 people camped on the doorstep all night to see her. These are Obama-esque crowds. Of course I don't hear anyone on TV make that comparison.
At noon on Dec. 8, Sarah Palin will be in Billings, MT. She will be signing books at Borders book store, which is on King Ave. near Wal Mart. I am sure there will be a large crowd there too, so go early.
I am going if I can. I got my Going Rogue book from Human Events-along with the free subscription. However, I saw Wal Mart is selling it now. They are going fast. Her book may be the number one seller, according to the New York Times best seller list. Of course this leftist newspaper will keep that quiet if they can, like they do with other Conservative writers.
Be sure to check with Borders book store (near Wal Mart on King Ave.), to make sure Mrs. Palin is going to be there, before you leave home. With all the "Global Warming" there might be a foot of snow on the ground.

Sara Palin on Oprah
During the presidential election, Sara Palin was badmouthed by the Liberal Media and TV watchers who can't think for themself. Newswoman, Katie Couric, tried to stump Palin by asking her about some obscure president of an African country, who most Americans have never heard of--and couldn't care less about.
Later, Katie interviewed Obama. She fawned all over her Messiah and asked about how he met his wife. She should have asked him about Africa since that is probably where he was born.
I signed a petition to get Oprah Winfrey to put Sara on her show. Oprah refused. She was too busy trying to get her Messiah-Obama elected. In fact, the way she gushed about him, and looked at him with those puppy-dog eyes, I think Obama's wife got jealous (there was talk about that).
Now that Obama is elected, and liberals like Oprah are getting what they wanted, Oprah has decided to let Sara on her show. It is hard to ignore her when she is so popular with the people.

People like me have already ordered this book, which is called: Going Rogue. It will be in the stores Nov. 17. You can get one by going to humanevents.com. Tea Party Relay for California Farmers
This is important if you like to eat, and care about Americans. The California farmers need our help-now.
The US government is preventing them, in Central Valley, from watering their crops. Their irrigation water has been shut off, because there might be a few tiny fish, smaller than sardines, in the water. These bureaucrats, who don't have a clue about farming, think these tiny fish are more important than the people who have grown food there for hundreds, if not thousands, of years.
The U.S. Congress shut off the water. The "Endangered Species Act" was their excuse. Thus creating a dust bowl like the 1930's. The farmers are being starved out on their own land. It is like when Stalin literally starved millions of farmers to death on their own land in Russia. His government wanted the land. Is that what is happening here?
The California farmers are being forced into going to soup kitchens to eat. Many are bankrupt. Thousands of farm related workers and businesses are unemployed. Remember, when a farmer or rancher loses his land, it becomes a subdivision. And, more food is imported from foreign countries where rain forests are cleared for farmland, and cancer causing chemicals are used.
Speaker of The House, Nancy Pelosi, flies over these farmers going from San Francisco to Washington DC all the time. At a cost of $60,000 one way for jet fuel alone (for her taxpayer paid 727 that she fought for). I don't see her helping.
The Tea Party Patriots are trying to help. They have formed the Farmer Relief & Freedom Relay. They are traveling around the U.S.. informing people about the problem, and are trying to raise money to help.. They will be at the Senior Center in Sheridan, WY on November 15 at 3 pm. In the dining room.
I am going with a check book. I hope other people care enough to come listen to the speakers, and drop off a few bucks too. And, I hope the local media supports this cause.
Contact your state and Congressional politicians about this and tell them we need some common sense here. This is not a Democrat or Republican cause, it is Americans caring about Americans.

CIT Goes Bankrupt Anyway
I was against Bush's bailout of the wall street banks (TARP). At the taxpayer cost of 700 Billion dollars. Now, one of those banks, CIT, has gone bankrupt anyway. And, I wonder if Obama is going to throw more money at them-that we don't have. And, make them a ward of the state like he did Government Motors (GM). And others.
Of course he has about 60% of his Porkulus Bill money left-which is a crock anyway. The gov. doesn't have the money, they are just printing it by way of the Federal Reserve, and borrowing it from Communist China-whose southern region we have to kiss because we owe them billions of dollars already.
You people who keep yourself ignorant of what is going on with the Obamacrats in Washington, you had better start educating yourself. Your family will have to survive all this, somehow. Wait until your taxes skyrocket to support Obama's schemes, and your handouts from Medicare, Medicade, SCHIP, etc. are cut.

Many, many legislators walked by and grinned with glee as Joe informed everyone what Nancy's Big Fat Jet costs us, the hard working American Taxpayers, for the thousands of gallons of fuel every week.
Since she only works 3 days a week, this gas guzzling jet gets fueled and she flies home to California , cost to the taxpayers of about $60,000 one way!
As Joe put it, 'Unfortunately we have to pay to bring her back on Monday Night.' Cost to us is another $60,000. Folks, that is $480,000 per month and that is an annual cost to the taxpayers of $5,760,000. No wonder she complains about the cost of this war...it might cramp her style and she is styling, on my back and yours.
I think of the military families in this country doing without and this woman, who heads up the most do-nothing Congress in the history of this country, keeps fueling that jet while doing nothing.
Madame Pelosi wants you and me to conserve our carbon footprint.. She wants us to buy smaller cars and Obama wants us to get a bicycle pump and air up our tires.
These people are nuts.

Government Healthcare?
Let me see if I have this straight: Social Security is going broke. Medicare is going broke. Medicade is going broke. The Post Office is going broke. And Obama says the government can do a better job running the medical business.
